Last Friday, I had the chance to talk to members and advocates for Patient and Family Advisory Councils (PFACs). PFACs are a part of patient experience and healthcare quality that even some in healthcare aren’t familiar with. We talked about how the structure of storytelling can help PFACs talk about what they do, and even help recruit new members.
